I was car shopping and looking for a new family vehicle. A Toyota Sienna was at the top of our list, so I called a dealership to get more information about the cost, warranty, and other important details. I had originally contacted them a year ago to inquire about their pricing, but they were asking $5,000 above MSRP at the time, so I declined. I decided to give them a second chance. However, during my market research, I found several dealers outside the DMV area offering new vehicles with lifetime unlimited powertrain warranties at no extra cost, including unlimited mileage. Unfortunately, this dealership does not currently offer a similar program. I recommend exploring dealerships in New England or the South to find more competitive deals and better value for your money.

Do Not do business with Miller Toyota. I bought a certified used vehicle from them and they sold my name to businesses without my consent. I get weekly postal mail from Warranty Companies pestering me about purchasing their warranty. The Warranty companies know what year, make model and even the VIN of the vehicle I purchased. That information could only come from the dealership. Miller Toyota is disgraceful. If you are ignorant enough to buy a vehicle from them, do NOT, repeat NOT share your telephone number of email with Miller. I will never buy another vehicle from Miller Toyota

I just wanted to come on here and thank Oscar for his incredible customer service helping my wife this week! She had a conflict with getting tires put on in time to go see her mother in PA. Oscar took the time to get things set up and also provide transportation for my wife in order to go see her Mom. I really appreciate it!

I love this location--Manassas Miller Toyota. I’ve been coming here since I bought my Corolla from them in 2014. They are consistently courteous, knowledgeable and I’ve never felt like I was being oversold or other sales tactics used on me. My salesman was Sam Lee who is the best salesman ever. He is interested in selling you a car that you actually need and want, not overselling, or for that matter, not selling you a car at all--he truly has your best interests at heart. His help does not end there. If you need follow up information about your car he will continue to work to meet your needs. Sam gives me confidence that the support does not end with the sale and he is just an excellent human being. I also regularly service my car here. I feel that for a dealership they are reasonably priced. The facilities are very nice—clean, open spaces and plenty of comfortable space to hang out and plug in while u wait. If u don’t want to wait there is a shuttle service. I have consistently found them polite, professional and easy to work with.

Very unprofessional service advisors, very rude and unhelpful. The manager was also very rude and unprofessional in the service department. They didn’t honor me the price that Toyota website was giving me for my car service. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone for service.

I purchased a brand new RAV4 in 2016 and purchase the full interior additional warranty. Up until this point, we've had a great experience with Toyota and have owned over eight Toyota's and my lifetime and currently own five different Toyotas. On our latest trip to this location, we are greatly disappointed in the customer service and just general knowledge of everyone we encountered. Everything seems to be hired out to a third party and none of the department stalk to each other. Although we paid for 100, 000 mile interior warranty at 50,000, they're saying they don't cover peeling of any of the critical components. This is not what we were told when we purchased the vehicle. Additionally, none of the Toyota dealerships computers connect to each other so if you go to one Toyota dealership you will have a very hard time when you attempt to go to another one. This does not make for a good customer experience and due to the other lack of computer systems communicating It is completely up to the owner to maintain all records which truly defeats the purpose of taking it to a dealer if the dealers computer systems can't speak to each other. Additionally, the parts department was not interested in reaching out to the other dealer on our behalf, but instead would rather we reach back out and go to the other dealer for servicing.. So if you're in the military or travel frequently in and out of the area. You will more than likely have an issue with Toyota's maintenance and repair department. Up until this point we have had an amazing experience and have been lifelong Toyota customers. Very sad to see this happen and even the preliminary quote we were given to replace a steering wheel which is a less than 2-hour operation which is over $1,000. It's very disingenuine to have customers set up appointments. Take time off work to come to your location. Drop off the vehicle only to be told that you have no idea what they're dropping it off for. Have no way of checking or validating and really were just trying to get them in the door. Extremely poor customer service, this would never happen at BMW Tesla or Mazda as all of their locations dealers are interconnected.

Miller Toyota is a great dealership. But I would personally like to shout out Mark, the Service Manager. Buying from this dealership alone is worth it to experience the service you receive from him and his staff. He is a customer oriented stand up guy and helped me out with some issues I had on my vehicle and takes pride in what he does. It is hard to find that these days and when you deal with him he makes it feel like a family business not like you are a number bringing in “just” another car. I can not stress enough the value he is to the dealership and to customers. I would come back to purchase another vehicle just to deal with Mark. Thanks again Mark!

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Miller Toyota and were pleased with each transaction. I was using their service for my maintenance of my car, but, after they did my last oil change, I will never EVER let them touch my car again. I don't drive this car much, so when I last went to drive it, there was puddle of oil on my garage floor. A local garage looked at the leak for me and discovered that, at my last oil change, the oil drain plug was cross-threaded so bad that it stripped the threads on the oil pan and drain plug to the point that the oil pan was unfixable and had to be replaced. I truly find this very pathetic to the point that i will not be doing business with this dealership again.

Based upon Shepard's response to my post of them selling my information and his response of accepting my offer of never to do business with Miller Toyota again, it clearly indicates their attitude toward their customers. I checked with my insurance company, my credit union. Both of these businesses stated that they do NOT sell their customers names, that leaves the obvious choice. A previous email to Miller by me and the employees response stated that Miller has an in house marketing. So, that is where the selling of customers information originates. Caveat Emptor

Honestly, I didn’t want to leave such a review but Jeff Nanfelt’s bad behavior made me to do so. My car had a recall and I could not drive it due to stiffness of brakes caused by the recall so I got that towed to Miller Toyota located at Sudley road. Oscar called me later that day and said that he has received my car and he would take care of that and told me that I was eligible for a rental car because we didn’t know how long it would take to get that fixed so when I went to Miller dealership to get a rental car the next day, I met Jeff the service manager and he told me that I had to pay $42 per day for a rental car but I told him that it wasn’t my fault it was a defect that should be taken care of by Toyota according to U.S. National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act and why would I pay for a rental car but Jeff said that he wouldn’t get paid by Toyota for a rental car and the customer had to pay for that. He was making up his own policies and kept telling me in a rude manner that I had to pay for that so I got tired of him and got the rental car and paid for that because I had to go to work. Anyway, anything that costs you due to a recall is something that the company should be responsible for that not customers because that is not customer’s fault and being mistreated by an angry and low tempered service manager like Jeff is not a good experience.

I used to go to Pohanka Acura and I never had problems walking in and their service hours were great. Since buying my wife a Toyota, I came here twice and got turned away first due their service hours being only until 5, which they don’t make clear on their page, and then again today, they said they were all booked and I had to create an appointment for yet another day, they didn’t even look busy!

Dreadful Toyota Dealership - A Nightmare Experience I recently had the misfortune of dealing with an utterly terrible Toyota dealership that left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about their abysmal service. First and foremost, after purchasing an extended warranty with the promise of comprehensive coverage, including bumper-to-bumper and interior protection for 100,000 miles, I was appalled when they flat-out denied any claims. The dealership failed to honor the very warranty they had guaranteed, leaving me to bear the burden of unexpected expenses. It was a clear case of deceptive practices and false promises. To make matters worse, the entire operation seemed to be a tangled mess of third-party involvement. From making an appointment to the individuals responsible for driving my vehicle, everything was outsourced. This convoluted arrangement resulted in a never-ending cycle of confusion and finger-pointing when it came to addressing issues or seeking assistance. It was nearly impossible to determine whose responsibility it was to resolve the problems at hand. Adding insult to injury, the lack of communication between Toyota dealerships was astonishing. One would assume that being part of the same brand, there would be some level of coordination and collaboration. However, that was far from the reality I experienced. Each dealership seemed to operate independently, with no regard for the customers' convenience or the efficiency of their service. In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how deeply dissatisfied I am with this Toyota dealership. Their refusal to honor their own warranty, the reliance on third-party entities, and the lack of inter-dealership communication created a nightmarish ordeal. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this establishment and seek out a more reputable dealership for their automotive needs.

If I could give them a negative star I would, Exactly two weeks ago I purchased a Camry 2025 and I had to come back two days later because it’s not working correctly They have been saying it will be ready soon then keep pushing it back. This has nothing to do with the person who sold us the car he is truly amazing 🤗 I’m simply talking about the so called “mechanics” that are supposed be fixing it. Before you purchase a car here double check! If not be sure to go to a other dealer seriously this is ridiculous.

This is the 2nd time I've gone here for service. First time was great but this time was OK. Just did a oil change and used coupon for an alignment. Took my RAV4 which is like 1000 miles away from 100k. Made appt online and dropped as scheduled. Waited in waiting area which was surprisingly crowded with a fair number of areas to work from. Tried to sell me $100's of extra services. Was looking to see if they found any issues b/c my Toyota Certified Warranty expires at 100k and I was hoping to have any thing addressed...but the car is too reliable, nothing found :-). Not sure if I would drive the extra time to come to this dealership. I've probably gone to 6 Toyota dealerships in the area and none really stand out on the good side, though I've had some really bad ones.

Eighteen years ago, I had a positive buying experience with Miller Toyota. Nothing could be further from that today when I drove a great distance to put a deposit on a car due to arrive at the dealership mid-Nov. I had been told in no uncertain terms that the deposit is refundable. This is also the same information/protocol I got from all of the other Toyota dealers in the area although I had not tried to reserve a car with any other dealer. I should have known something was amiss when the salesman told me that he had no way to email me a copy of the terms of the reservation paperwork when I wanted to see them in advance. After I arrived at the dealership, I was told that although I should have no problem getting my deposit back if I choose not to move forward with the purchase after seeing and driving the car, the paperwork says that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE (stamped in red across the front.) Talk about deception! He said that it is actually illegal for them to keep your deposit, so I shouldn't be concerned. If that is the case, why don't you remove that "illegal" condition from your contract?! I did not take kindly to being lied to and chose not to proceed with doing business with Miller. It would have been an entirely different matter if I had been told, upfront, that while Miller almost always returns deposits, the paperwork actually says that your $1000.00 deposit is non-refundable. I'm not sure if this is even something that Toyota allows individual dealerships to implement. Regardless, I suggest that you proceed with care if you choose to consider Miller when purchasing a vehicle.

Do not waste your time if you are not local to this dealership. After speaking with a sales person over the phone in an attempt to get an out the door price I was told that a deal sheet would be emailed shortly. The email I received was not a deal sheet but instead was the sales manager (Sam Smith) informing me that since I was out of state, not financing and not trading in a vehicle that they would not be interested in selling to me. I know car dealerships are greedy but this was a first from me. It all worked out in the end, I found a better deal with better customer service at Moses Toyota.

Sam Lee is an exceptional sales rep. When I recently began to consider buying another car, Sam’s detailed knowledge facilitated – but never steered – my decision-making process. Working with him and the team at Miller Toyota, the potentially stressful and tedious process of purchasing a car became efficient and enjoyable. Even more importantly to me, Sam continues to offer an amazing level of support while I learn the numerous convenience features of my new Toyota. I appreciate all of the Miller team with whom I interacted, and I especially acknowledge Sam Lee for his forthright approach and unparalleled customer service.

Got a Yaris here - very happy with it after 14 years and 130,000 miles - still running great and cheap to maintain - spent less on this car than any car I've ever owned. Only thing that went bad at all is a leak in the topete (that's what the call it in South Africa I found out from a tow truck driver that towed a corolla for me one time that had a alternator go bad at 188,000 miles - the corolla died at 220,000 miles) , or valve cover gasket (what they call it in US). Tow truck driver from South Africa was very impressed by the Yaris and said very good car - (he owned a car lot and had 10 people working for him in South Africa so I think he knows - he was very good at diagnosing the Corolla problem also great tow truck driver if you can get him - he lives somewhere near Ashburn where I broke down with the Corolla - works for AAA)). Yaris still going strong after 14 years, best luck I've ever had with a car so far -

I took my vehicle for a recall, when they gave it to me the steering wheel control was not working, I took it back to be checked, after having it all day they called me to tell me that it was not their mistake, (they literally treated me as a liar by telling me that they did not know if it worked before taking it), besides that the person who understood me basically did not let me say anything because it was already 5 o'clock in the afternoon and said that he needed to leave. very bad experience to take my vehicle there because instead of solving the issue they ruined something else, I hope not to have to take my vehicle to that place once again. certainly, SALVAGE TITLE repaired, inspected and passed 8 years ago, working perfectly during that period, which conveniently failed the day I took it to repair those recalls, I do this to alert your customers, check their vehicles well and if you can document it would be better, these people then are not responsible if something fails after taking it to them

You need your parts and service to learn how to communicate. I have been trying to get a quote for replacement for my driver side mirror and the earliest availability. I stopped here for a car wash because I can get a complimentary one anytime I go to the dealership I purchased the vehicle, service or not. Apparently no one here knows how long a tire rotation takes. They tell you to find your advisor but then your advisor is no where to be found and no one does anything to assist you. This is a review of the service department at Miller Toyota in Manassas, Va. Theres is a service rep named Cecil, who was very rude and aggressive. I recently, took my father's RAV 4 for an oil change and asked for a routine courtesy service on coolant reservoir refill to the midlevel of the marking that is recommended. And no there is no leak or problem with the coolant reservoir, it's just that the water portion of coolant evaporates and the dealers have always refilled the reservoir per my request to avoid coolant getting too low. This guy flat out refused and went to this song and dance how they would never do that and the worst part was that he was very rude in the process. I reported the issue to Toyota the same day and his service manager came and talked to me. He apologized, and honored my request, which tells me that it could have been done in the first place and all the agonies avoided. However, the service manager did this only after getting reported and receiving an email from Toyota, so I question the sincerity. Anyways, at the end the service manager came through, and the other service rep (female) was nice, so if you go there, make sure you avoid this service rep named Cecil. He generally sits on the first desk from the right once you enter the service area.
