The festival features a lot of great activities for everyone young and old including train memorabilia, live music performances from some of the best folk bands around, specialty vendors, and more. The festival takes place June 3rd, 2017, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in Historic Downtown Manassas. The festival itself is free, but excursion tickets for the train are for purchase. You may purchase tickets for the excursions at the train platform. Before and after the event, why not take a little while to explore beautiful and historic downtown. Centrally located 30 miles from the nation’s capital and a short drive from the stunning blue ridge mountains, it’s one of the most significant downtowns in the country concerning history and culture.
