Public House offers a selection of appetizing burgers, all featuring local beef thanks to Rustic Acres Farm. The Junction Burger comes with pork belly as well as a sunny-side-up egg, while the Greek Burger includes feta, red onion, cucumber, and tzatziki. Heatseekers will enjoy the Spicy South West Burger with its pickled jalapeños and peach habanero BBQ sauce, while the signature Public House Burger has parmesan cheese, fried onions, roasted peppers, and rosemary aioli.

The Junction Filet is a plump filet mignon flanked with mushrooms and topped with a decadent demi-glace, while the Flat Iron Steak is treated with the kitchen’s special marinade. If you stop by the Public House for a weekend brunch, you can order from a special menu just for the occasion. Fans of eggs benedict should consider the Public Benny, a pan-seared beef tenderloin topped with mornay sauce, and a poached egg. They’ve also recently added a Fried Chicken Benny on a grilled biscuit and accompanied by sausage gravy and poached eggs. For variety, there’s the Mediterranean Board featuring house hummus, artichokes, roasted red peppers, marinated olives, plus naan to pair with it all. For a little Canadian flare, don’t miss the Poutine, a serving of crisp fries under gravy and topped with cheddar cheese curds.

Getting There

Public House is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. On Sunday, they open at 10 p.m. The restaurant is located at 9406 Battle Street, Manassas, Virginia 20110. You can order for pickup with their online menu.
