The 2022 Tundra’s exterior features angular lines and muscular design components. The Tundra arrives with a large hexagonal grille and a more chiseled and rugged side profile. The Tundra features two different four-door layouts, as well as various bed lengths including a 5.5-foot (CrewMax) bed, a 6.5-foot (Double Cab or CrewMax) bed, and an 8.1-foot (Double Cab) bed.
The Tundra offers seven grille choices and eight wheel designs. High-strength steel is housed throughout the chassis in an effort to increase rigidity, while the rear frame was widened to improve stability and towing capability.

The 2022 Toyota Tundra utilizes a twin-turbocharged V6 engine with a 10-speed automatic transmission. There are two offerings of the V6: a standard 389 horsepower engine and a hybrid version that features an electric motor paired with the transmission, which generates 437 horsepower. The Tundra is capable of towing up to 12,000 pounds. It also has a max payload capacity of 1,940 pounds.
