2015 Toyota Camry: Now In Virginia

Design

The 2015 has seen a complete redesign and do we love the outcome! It looks sportier and much more streamlined than its predecessors.

The car certainly looks much more refined and contemporary both on the inside and the outside. The smoother curves make the vehicle much more aerodynamic and the front part of the car is the one that has seen the most extensive transformation. LED front-running headlights and LED auto-leveling lights have been installed.

Keep in mind that the 2015 Camry has nearly 2,000 new parts in comparison to its predecessor. According to official Toyota information, everything has been upgraded except for the roof. We tend to believe their claim.

Interior

The most pleasant surprise is found inside the car. The interior has been overhauled with the intent to guarantee comfort and to eliminate traffic noise from the car.

Better materials and a classy finish are defining for redesigned Toyota vehicles like the Camry and the Highlander. Detailed accents and beautiful stitching work contribute to the visual appeal.

Satin chrome and leather are both used inside the cabin to give it a more sophisticated feel. The insulation and the carpets have been modified to keep noise out of the car.

Under the Hood

The 2015 Camry features the three engine varieties that the previous model came with. These include the 2.5-liter four cylinder, a 3.5-liter V6 and a hybrid 2.5-liter I4 with Hybrid Synergy Drive.

The first two engine varieties come with a standard six-speed automatic transmission. The hybrid Camry has E-CVT transmission.

Let us get to the fuel economy. Depending on the trim level, the 2.5-liter engine will produce general rates of 25, 28 and 35 mpg for city*, highways and combined driving conditions. The larger and more powerful 3.5-liter engine comes with fuel economy of 21, 25 and 31 mpg for city*, highway and combined driving.

The 2015 Camry brings the same power and fuel efficiency and a newer design.
