In an attempt to bring some clarity to the current recall frenzy, we have provided several links at the bottom of this page for you to read and familiarize yourself with more accurate information regarding the recalls. Never in the history of the automotive industry has government, media and the Internet impacted such a large group of vehicle owners, dealers, assembly workers and suppliers.

We now are accepting appointments for the “Sticky Acceleration” recall for all affected models that may include:

2009-2010       Corolla
2009-2010       Matrix
2007-2010       Camry
2005-2010       Avalon
2009-2010       RAV4 (if the 1^st letter of your VIN is a “J”, your vehicle is not involved)
2010               Highlander (if the 1^st letter of your VIN is a “J”, your vehicle is not involved)
2007-2010       Tundra
2008-2010       Sequoia

The second recall for the Potential Floor Mat Interference with Accelerator Pedal is beginning on February 5^th and will affect a greater number of models.  Please click on the link below to see if your Toyota is involved.  Please read Q1 and A1

IMPORTANT-At this time, only the CAMRY is being repaired under this recall.   All other models will be phased in over the coming months.

*Customer Eligibility

To qualify for the College Graduate Finance Plan and College Graduate Rebate Program, students must meet the following conditions:

 

1. Graduate from an accredited four-year college, university, or registered nursing degree program within the next six months; graduate from an accredited two-year college; or be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program. In all cases, the student will have two years from receipt of their degree to take advantage of the program; or

 

2. Graduate from the two-year Toyota Technical Education Network (T-TEN) Program, which is equivalent to a two-year junior college degree (accredited by the NATEF (National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation); Graduate from any other two-year post secondary automotive program accredited by the NATEF; In all cases, the student will have two years from receipt of their degree to take advantage of the program; or

 

3. Complete an electrician apprenticeship/certification program through the NJATC (National Joint Apprentice and Training Committee) and the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). The program is five-years in length and involves classroom training and 1500 hours practical training; In all cases, the student will have two years from receipt of their certificate to take advantage of the program; and

 

4. Furnish verifiable proof of present employment or proof of future employment, which will begin within 120 days of credit approval, with a salary sufficient to cover ordinary living expenses and vehicle payments; and

5. Minor credit lapses allowed.
